pinqit does not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Persistent identifiers for tracking users
• Analytics on who views specific PINs

3. Information we may process

To operate the service, pinqit may temporarily process:

• Content uploaded by users (text, files, links)
• Technical metadata necessary to deliver content (such as file size, type, or timestamps)
• Limited server logs for reliability, abuse prevention, and security purposes

This information is used only to provide and protect the service.

4. Content expiration and deletion

All content expires automatically after a fixed period (currently 24 hours). After expiration, content is deleted and cannot be retrieved.

Backup retention, if any, is limited and temporary.

5. Links and external content

Content shared through pinqit may include links to external websites. pinqit does not scan, verify, or endorse external links and is not responsible for their content or safety.

Users open external links at their own discretion.

6. Legal compliance and abuse

Content that violates applicable laws or these terms may be removed without notice. Information may be disclosed if required by law or valid legal process.
