1. What pinqit is

pinqit is a small utility that allows users to temporarily share content using a short PIN code. Content may include text, files, media, or links and is accessible to anyone who has the corresponding PIN until it expires.

pinqit is provided "as is" and is intended for short-lived, temporary sharing only.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use pinqit only for lawful purposes.

You must not use pinqit to upload, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates applicable laws or regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, malware, phishing content, copyrighted material shared without authorization, or content involving exploitation or harm.

3. Responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload or share using pinqit.

pinqit does not review, endorse, or verify user-generated content and does not guarantee its accuracy, safety, or legality. Content shared through pinqit should be considered semi-public.

Do not use pinqit to share confidential, sensitive, or private information.

4. Temporary nature of content

All content shared through pinqit is temporary and expires automatically after a fixed period (currently 24 hours). Once expired, content is deleted and cannot be recovered.

pinqit does not guarantee availability, retention, or delivery of content at any time.

5. Removal of content

pinqit reserves the right to remove content at its discretion, including content that violates these terms or applicable laws, without prior notice.

6. No warranties

pinqit is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Use of the service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pinqit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of data or content.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of pinqit after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
